GLOBE STATEMENT ON NETWORK READINESS FOR UNDAS 2026

“Globe supports the National Telecommunications Commission’s (NTC) directive to strengthen network readiness and coordination with telecommunications providers during Undas. Our network is ready for the expected increase in mobile traffic from October 31 to November 2, particularly in cemeteries, memorial parks, transport terminals, and other areas where large crowds are expected.

Our network teams have reviewed capacity and anticipated traffic demand in these areas to ensure we are prepared for higher usage during the holiday period. Technical teams will closely monitor network performance, manage congestion, and remain on standby to respond promptly to any service disruptions.

We will continue working closely with the NTC and its regional offices, local government units, and other relevant agencies to address connectivity concerns as they arise. Our priority is to maintain reliable network services so Filipinos can stay connected with their families and loved ones throughout Undas.”
